About Beccy Holland
Beccy Holland is a dedicated ADHD, lifestyle, and wellbeing coach who helps individuals understand their unique brains and unlock their full potential.

After discovering her own neurodivergence later in life — following a journey through cancer treatment — Beccy transformed her world through practical tools, creative strategies, and compassionate self-understanding. She is now free from the weight of feeling “different,” and passionate about helping others experience that same freedom.

Drawing on her background as a teacher, Beccy’s holistic coaching style is playful, motivational, deeply compassionate, and creative. She supports the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — recognizing that emotions, energy, and past experiences all shape how we think, feel, and grow.

Beccy’s mission is to guide clients toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and balance by building tools and lifestyle changes that work with their unique brain chemistry, not against it. Together, you’ll explore challenges, amplify strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Client's Words and Testimonials
I thoroughly enjoyed the visualisation meditation. It led me to acknowledging that I can achieve so much in my life. I felt peaceful, whole and complete. Beccy was very welcoming and made me feel at ease.

Beccy is incredibly warm, wise and welcoming coach.
I thoroughly enjoyed her course and I'm continuing to feel the benefits of feeling more comfortable in my own skin.

I found the sessions very meaningful. They are subtly and cleverly invasive - you think it's not doing anything but it is. Things are broken down so you can work on them. I have been helped to look for the positive not the negative and identify small things that are good rather than big things that are bad.
Beccy uses a person-centred approach and I have learned new skills and tools to help me cope with my health condition.
