Neuro-affirming coaching prioritises creating a safe space for self-compassion and growth. It focuses on regulating emotions, uncovering strengths, and nurturing a mindset rooted in calm, purposeful living.

What can I expect during a coaching session?
If you're new to coaching—and exploring approaches like hypnotherapy or Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and nutritional healing—you're in the right place. You don’t need to know exactly what to expect; just being open to exploring something new is a great place to start.
I blend coaching with therapeutic tools such as hypnotherapy and NLP to support your personal growth in a safe, relaxed, and non-judgmental space. This approach helps you gain clarity, shift limiting beliefs, and create positive changes in how you think, feel, and act.
Our one-to-one sessions last between 50 minutes and 1 hour. At the beginning, I’ll help you settle in and feel comfortable, and we’ll talk about what you’d like to explore or change in your life. From there, we may use a mix of talking, visualization, guided relaxation, or simple NLP techniques—all tailored to you and your goals.
You’ll never be asked to do anything that doesn’t feel right. My role is to support and guide you, helping you tap into your own inner resources and wisdom.
