ADHD Coaching
Support that fits you
Living with ADHD can feel messy, overwhelming, and sometimes exhausting. You might start ten things and finish none, lose track of time, or forget the very thing you just reminded yourself to do. And then comes the guilt, the “why can’t I just…?” thoughts, and that heavy feeling of being stuck.
I get it.
During coaching sessions we'll unravel the impact your ADHD is having on you.
I can help you understand yourself more and support you to make sense of how your brain works.
We can practise tools that support your wellbeing and help you be more intentional in your life.
Together we can find ways to make life flow a little easier, with more confidence, more calm, and more self-trust.
Do I need to have a formal ADHD diagnosis?
Not at all. Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identify, or just notice ADHD-like challenges, coaching can help.
Boredom and Novelty
Like most ADHDers I love novelty and a new topic. I'm a keen researcher and ADHD is a subject you can never get bored with as there's so much to know and delve into.
Some of the subjects I've taken a deep-dive on are:
-
Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) and Emotional Regulation.
-
The effect hormones have on ADHD (especially perimenopause and menopause)
-
The impact of nutrition on managing ADHD.

Next Step
If this feels like what you need, let’s take the next step together. Send me a message with your three biggest challenges, and together we’ll explore fresh, practical ways to support you.
Together we’ll celebrate progress, laugh at the chaos when we need to, and find strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
ADHD and co-occurring conditions like autism, anxiety and endometriosis are all very common. The spoon theory is just one way we can help you manage your mental and physical health to prevent burnout.

Kinds Words from Clients
"I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the support you’ve given me. Working with you has made such a meaningful difference in my life, particularly during a time that felt incredibly overwhelming.
When I was navigating the challenges of perimenopause alongside a late ADHD diagnosis, everything felt destabilising. Your guidance helped me make sense of what I was experiencing and, more importantly, gave me practical tools to regain a sense of control. Through your support, I’ve been able to build stronger personal stability, improve my executive functioning, and feel more grounded in my day-to-day life.
What I appreciate most is how you met me with understanding, patience, and insight. You helped me untangle things that once felt unmanageable and supported me in rebuilding my overall wellbeing in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
I’m genuinely so thankful for the role you’ve played in helping me through such a difficult period. The progress I’ve made wouldn’t have been possible without your support.
With sincere appreciation,"
Michele. S
