About Beccy

Beccy Holland ADHD Coach

Hi, I’m Beccy. I’m in my fifties, embracing the ups and downs of menopause, and at this stage of life, I feel peaceful, grounded, and genuinely positive.

It wasn’t always this way.

Life has tested me with more than a few challenges—each one tough, but each one a lesson in strength and resilience.

I’ve lived through a difficult childhood, struggled with addiction, felt the sting of rejection sensitivity and a lack of executive functioning skills and navigated divorce and estrangement. My health journey has brought its own hurdles too: anaemia, endometriosis, fibroids, severe fatigue, and breast cancer.

For a long time, I lacked confidence, spoke to myself with harshness, and carried a deep sense of low self-worth.

But over time, I’ve grown. I’ve rebuilt. I’ve transformed.

Today, I see myself as a master of reinvention. I feel empowered, full of love, and deeply believe that change is always possible—at any age.

I love my family, dogs, country walks, yoga, music and living by the seaside.

I'm spiritual and believe we are all connected and therefore if we heal ourselves we help to heal the world.

I don't like cold water or mushrooms!

Sometimes I talk too much but I'm also a very good listener.

With the right tools, growing self-love, and the decision to become our own biggest supporter, we can shape a life that feels truly aligned and whole.

Mission

My mission is to share practical, meaningful lifestyle tools and practices that nurture self-compassion and help you create lasting change. By exploring your patterns and habits, reigniting your passions, and uncovering your unique strengths, we’ll work together to soothe your nervous system and cultivate the life you truly want to live.
