About Beccy

Beccy Holland ADHD Coach

I believe feeling valued, appreciated, and connected is not a luxury — it’s a human right.
When we feel safe to be ourselves, we can live with more ease, purpose, and joy, and contribute to the world in meaningful ways.

This belief is the foundation of my work.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience — how the brain works, how the body responds, and how deeply connected they are. This curiosity led me to train as a counsellor and later as a teacher, where I supported others to develop self-kindness, compassion, and greater self-awareness.

At the same time, my own health was quietly unravelling.

I spent years trying to “fix” myself — studying nutrition, practising yoga, exploring visualisation and manifestation, and leading self-care workshops. What I didn’t recognise then was burnout. I was pushing myself to fit in, to perform, to do everything “right,” while ignoring the signals my body was sending.

Eventually, my body forced me to stop. Chronic health conditions followed, and later, a cancer diagnosis.

Stepping away from the relentless pace of life created space for reflection — and it was during this time that I discovered I am neurodivergent. Seeing my life through the lens of ADHD was transformative. I could finally understand myself with clarity and compassion.

I wasn’t broken.
My nervous system and brain simply work differently.

With that understanding, the chaos softened. I began to work with myself rather than against myself, leaning into my strengths with curiosity, gentleness, and humour.

Today, I bring together lived experience, professional training, and deep respect for the nervous system.

I offer coaching and workshops using a neuro-affirming, holistic approach designed to support sustainable change — not through pressure or perfection, but through understanding, regulation, and self-trust.

My work supports you to:

  • Regulate your emotions and nervous system with compassion

  • Identify and work with your natural strengths

  • Create rhythms, structures, and ways of living that feel supportive and nourishing

This is about building a life rooted in calm, clarity, and purposeful living — one that honours your energy, your body, and your unique way of being.

You don’t need fixing.
You need space, understanding, and support that truly fits.

Mission

My mission is to share practical, meaningful lifestyle tools and practices that nurture self-compassion and help you create lasting change. By exploring your patterns and habits, reigniting your passions, and uncovering your unique strengths, we’ll work together to soothe your nervous system and cultivate the life you truly want to live.
