What can I expect during a coaching session? I blend coaching with therapeutic tools such as hypnotherapy and NLP to support your personal growth in a safe, relaxed, and non-judgmental space. This approach helps you gain clarity, shift limiting beliefs, and create positive changes in how you think, feel, and act. I like to offer tools and practical Strategies to uncover your strengths and develop self compassion. Our one-to-one sessions last between 50 minutes and 1 hour. Sessions are online and delivered via Zoom with the option for in person if you are local to East Devon in the UK. At the beginning, I’ll help you settle in and feel comfortable, and we’ll talk about what you’d like to explore or change in your life. You’ll never be asked to do anything that doesn’t feel right. My role is to support and guide you, helping you tap into your own inner resources and wisdom. This is your space to talk freely, reflect, and begin to move toward the version of yourself that feels more aligned, confident, and empowered.
What is ADHD Coaching? ADHD coaching is a type of support provided to individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to help them manage their symptoms, improve their daily functioning, and achieve their goals. ADHD coaching typically involves a collaborative partnership between a trained ADHD coach and the individual with ADHD. ADHD coaching is not therapy or counseling but is focused on practical strategies and support to improve daily functioning. It aims to empower individuals with ADHD, build their self-confidence, and enhance their ability to navigate the challenges associated with ADHD in various aspects of life, such as academics, work, relationships, and personal development.
How much coaching will I need? The average number of sessions is anything between 6 and 12 sessions. I often do a free coaching review session after about 12 sessions to revisit and refresh the clients coaching goals and review their coaching progress.
What support can I expect during coaching? We recognise that it's difficult to make changes on your own. So as well as fostering a supportive relationship we also offer support with check ins and resources via WhatsApp or email. We also send you reminders of appointments 24 hours before next booked session and an hour before. We're always looking for ways to support you so please feel free to make suggestions about what has previously worked for you.
